1. はじめに

「暮らしのお手入れ」（英語名：Tend、以下「本アプリ」）は、Visiboが提供する、 家のお手入れ時期を管理するためのアプリです。 本アプリでは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、必要最小限の情報のみを取り扱います。

2. お手入れ記録について

本アプリで登録した以下の情報は、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。

  • お手入れ項目
  • 最後にお手入れした日
  • お手入れ間隔
  • 次回予定日
  • 通知設定
  • その他、本アプリ内で入力したお手入れに関する情報

これらのお手入れ記録を、Visiboが運営するサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。 本アプリにはユーザーアカウント機能やクラウド同期機能はありません。

3. 広告について

本アプリでは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを利用します。 Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、広告効果測定、分析、不正行為防止等の目的で、 以下のような情報を自動的に収集・処理する場合があります。

  • IPアドレス
  • 端末または広告に関連する識別子
  • アプリの起動や操作等の利用情報
  • 広告の表示や操作に関する情報
  • アプリやSDKの動作・診断情報
  • IPアドレスから推定されるおおまかな位置情報

Google Mobile Ads SDKによるデータの取り扱いについては、 Googleのプライバシーポリシーおよび関連サービスの規約が適用されます。

4. 広告に関する同意

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスなど、同意が必要となる地域では、 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を利用して、必要に応じて広告や個人データの利用に関する選択肢を表示します。 ユーザーは、表示される同意画面から、同意内容を確認・変更できる場合があります。

5. トラッキングについて

本アプリは、広告表示に必要な範囲を超えて独自にユーザーの行動を追跡することを目的としていません。 iOSにおけるApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）については、 使用する広告機能や設定により必要となる場合にのみ対応します。

6. 第三者サービス

本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、特定の年齢層の子どもを対象として設計されたサービスではありません。 適用される法令やストアポリシーに基づき、必要な対応を行います。

8. データの削除

1. Introduction

“Tend” (Japanese name: 暮らしのお手入れ, referred to below as the “App”) is a home maintenance reminder and tracking application provided by Visibo. We respect user privacy and aim to handle only the minimum information necessary to provide the App.

2. Home maintenance records

Information entered into the App is generally stored locally on the user's device, including:

  • Maintenance items
  • Last maintenance date
  • Maintenance intervals
  • Next scheduled maintenance date
  • Notification settings
  • Other home maintenance information entered into the App

Visibo does not send or store these maintenance records on servers operated by Visibo. The App does not require a user account and does not provide cloud synchronization.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information for purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, including:

  • IP address
  • Device or advertising identifiers
  • App usage and interaction information
  • Advertisement display and interaction data
  • App and SDK diagnostic or performance information
  • Approximate location inferred from an IP address

Data handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and service terms.

4. Advertising consent

For users in regions where consent is required, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable. Users may be shown options to review and manage their choices regarding advertising and the use of personal data.

5. Tracking

The App is not designed to independently track users beyond what may be necessary for the advertising services used by the App. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) will only be used where required by the advertising configuration and applicable platform requirements.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not specifically designed for children of a particular age group. We will take appropriate measures as required by applicable laws and app store policies.
